Auto tire covers waste

Recycling used tires, rubber products is preferred because most of them are created from synthetic rubber, which is derived from petroleum - a non-renewable natural resource.

Replacing the storage, disposal, recycling and incineration technology is of great economic importance, as it promotes the conservation of natural reserves of valuable raw materials, encourages the development of resource-saving, low-cost technologies, and improve the ecological environment and eliminates the loss of large land areas under the landfill of waste rubber.

The technological process includes three stages:

  • pre-cut tires into pieces;
  • crushing and separation of the rubber pieces of metal and textile cord;
  • obtaining fine rubber powder.
